- Viewing real-time tracking updates
3. Track Directly with the Carrier
Use your tracking number on the carrier's website:

Understanding Your Tracking Status
Order Confirmed
We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Processing
Your order is being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment from our warehouse.
Shipped
Your order is on its way! You should have received a tracking number via email.
Out for Delivery
Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
Delivered
Your order has been delivered. If you don't see it, check with neighbors or building management.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping
5-7 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping
2-3 business days after shipment
Freight Shipping (Large Items)
7-14 business days after shipment. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Need Help?
Tracking Issues
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or shows an issue, please contact us with your order number.
Missing Package
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Verify the delivery address
- Contact us within 7 days
Damaged Delivery
If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
